OC GoTo Notary ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your sensitive personal and financial information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect necessary contact information, signing locations, and document specifications solely to execute Notary Public services. We do not retain copies of your executed legal documents unless explicitly requested by the hiring Title Company or Law Firm for secure scan-back procedures.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Compliance (10DLC)

By providing your mobile number during the booking process, you consent to receive dispatch updates, ETA notifications, and appointment confirmations via SMS. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your mobile data to third parties for marketing purposes. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.


Terms of Service

By utilizing our mobile notary services, you agree to the following operational terms:

1. Identification Requirements

In accordance with California state law, all signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License, Passport) at the time of signing. If a signer lacks proper ID or is unable to demonstrate willingness and awareness, the notarization will be refused, and a minimum travel fee will still apply.

2. Professional Coverage & Liability

Our notaries act solely as impartial witnesses. We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain the legal implications of the documents you are signing. We are fully bonded and carry active Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance to protect our B2B partners.

3. Cancellations & Wait Times

Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided at the signing location; excessive wait times caused by the signer may incur additional billing at a rate of $25 per 15-minute increment.
